Policy & Procedure

To remain consistent with each order, we’ve implemented the following policies and procedures.

Custom Order

To place a custom order, click the Inquiry tab and send us an email. Be sure to include specifics of what is needed (ex: flavor, party size, type of treat(s), etc) and any dietary restrictions. A member of our team will reach out to consult within 24-48 hours. An invoice will be sent via email once all details are confirmed. For all orders up to $200, full payment is due at confirmation. For orders $200+, a 50% deposit is due at confirmation. All payments submitted are non-refundable.

Cancellations

In the event you need to cancel your order, you can use any payment submitted towards a single future order as long as your order is cancelled or rescheduled three days before your original scheduled event date. At this time, we do not return any payment received.

Pick Up/Delivery

TMT Sweets will deliver within 25 miles from our Tacoma location for a flat rate of $20. Each additional mile is $1. You are welcome to pick up from our Tacoma location. Pick up time and address will be given 3 days prior to your pick up date. We do everything we can to ensure your desserts stay presentable through your event. However, TMT Sweets cannot be held responsible for any damage to desserts once orders are picked up or dropped off.
